Meal-Plan Monday {2/6/17 - 2/14/17}

Happy Monday! Do you need a little meal-plan inspiration for your family dinners this week? Here's what we've having! 

{monday, 2/6}

Beef Stew (I sub organic beef stock for the bouillon and add a couple tablespoons of salt.)
King's Hawaiian rolls

Slow-Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken over rice, veggies

{wednesday}

Whole Chicken in the Slow-Cooker, veggies
Homemade Chicken Stock (with carcass from above)

{thursday}

Chicken Noodle Soup using Homemade Chicken Stock, Grilled Cheese

{friday}

Pizza, salad
(We're changing up our pizza routine. We discovered that Aldi has big, delicious pizzas for only $5! Not only is the meal less expensive overall, but I also don't have to haul out all four boys on Friday afternoons to collect the pizzas. )

{saturday}

Zuppa Toscana (an Olive Garden copycat recipe), garlic breadsticks

{sunday}

Leftovers or (if there are not enough leftovers) PC&A (popcorn, cheese, and apples)

Lauren Greutman's Freezer Meal #10 - Lemon Awesome Chicken, veggies

{tuesday, valentine's day}

Prime Rib Dinner for Two (cocktail shrimp, prime rib with au jus, twice baked potato, roasted asparagus, heart-shaped cheesecake), ordered from the Deli of Festival Foods
(Dan and I don't feel like braving the Valentine's Day crowds, and I would prefer not to cook that day. We're going to try ordering our dinner from the grocery store deli!)
Leftovers or PC&A for the boys
