We've got T-ball/baseball tonight, and we're in the red on our dining budget for the month. PB&J served up picnic-style it is!

It's a ricy (ricey?) week over here! I'm going to make a triple batch of rice this day, so I can 1/3 on Tuesday, 1/3 on Wednesday, and 1/3 on Thursday.

We've got lots of basil in our little garden, so I want to put it to work! I adore this pasta salad.
Phfew! I did it! Off to pack the picnic basket with our good ol' peanut butter and jelly!
